Welcome to Matrix 2.0 Homenetlink Chat Platform otherwise known as (matrix2.homenetlink.com). By registering an account or using this server (“the Service”), you agree to the following Terms of Service.

This service is operated on self-hosted hardware with limited bandwidth and resources. Uptime, speed, and data retention are not guaranteed. You use this service at your own risk.

2. Eligibility

You MUST be at least 18 years old to use this service. If you are under 18 and it is determined that you have created an account through wrongfully stating your age, your account will be terminated immediately.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this service to upload, share, or promote content or activities including (but not limited to):

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any form of sexual exploitation of minors
• Threats of violence, harassment, stalking, or intimidation
• Content that promotes terrorism, extremism, or hate speech
• Distribution of malware, phishing, or attempts to gain unauthorized access
• Illegal activity under applicable law or activity that could expose the operator to liability

4. Enforcement

The administrator reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account or room at any time, with or without notice, at their sole discretion.

In cases of suspected criminal activity (including CSAM, credible threats, or other illegal acts), activity may be reported to relevant authorities depending on jurisdiction.

5. Uptime & Availability

This server is operated on home hardware with limited upload and download capacity. Service interruptions, downtime, and slow media delivery may occur. No guarantees are made regarding availability or data retention.

6. Termination

You may close your account at any time. The administrator may also remove your account at any time without prior notice for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

7. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Service after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
